Grants officer
Description
The Grants Officer supports the Kilcunda Bass Football and Netball Club by searching for and identifying relevant grant opportunities and assisting a small team with the preparation of grant applications. This role plays an important part in helping the club secure funding for key projects, equipment, and facility improvements. The position is ideal for someone organised, with an interest in community development and a willingness to contribute a bit of time toward a valuable cause.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify local, state, and federal grant opportunities relevant to the club.
- Support the preparation and submission of grant applications, working with a small team.
- Liaise with relevant club department to gather information needed for applications.
- Provide monthly updates to the Club Committee on grant activity and outcomes.
